General Terms for Hotel Reservations - Vinexpo 2007
1. Reservations :
• The Hotel Reservation Service will find the room(s) which most closely match your requirements, according to availability.
• No proposal will be sent until the reservation fee has been paid. This fee will not be reimbursed.
2. Reservation Fee :
• A reservation fee of 16 €uros per booked room, which will not be reimbursed, must be paid at the time the reservation request is made.
• This fee may be paid in one of the ways specified below.
3. Payment for accepted reservations :
• Immediate payment of the full accommodation cost is due as soon as a proposal is accepted.
• A reservation is only confirmed when the Reservation Service has received full payment of all sums due.
4. Modifying reservations :
• After 1st March 2007, no sums will be reimbursed if reservation dates or the total number of nights are modified.
5. Cancellations :
All cancellations must be confirmed by mail, fax or E-mail.
In cases of cancellation, any sums paid may be reimbursed under the following conditions :
- 50 % of the total amount, exclusive of reservation fees, if notice is given before 1st March 2007.
- no reimbursement will be made for cancellations notified after 1st March 2007.
