Following a series of reforms to the alcohol industry, including minimum pricing on vodka, the Moscow authorities have announced restricted selling hours for sprits.
Currently no alcohol may be sold in Moscow’s shops and kiosks between 11pm and 8am; the new rules will mean that the spirits may not be sold between 10pm and 10am. (IWSR / September 2010)
