Nomacorc, the world leading producer of synthetic corks has signed a partnership agreement with Cofco. The agreement concerns trials performed by Cofco regarding the role of oxygen in the vinification of Chinese still light wines. Cofco has also decided to cork all its wines with Nomacorc’s synthetic products. The Chinese group will thus gain access to the NomaSense technology, which makes it possible to measure the quantity of oxygen dissolved in wines throughout their vinification until they are bottled.
