It was at Vinexpo 2009, that a significant number of new ranges of organic wines were launched by traditional producers. In 2011, the trend is expected to continue.
Wines made from organically managed wines will be offered for tasting by more than 180 exhibitors, 120 of whom are French. “Tastings by Vinexpo” will also host a major tasting organised by the Aquitaine Organic Winegrowers’ Association on 20 and 21 June.
Vinexpo 2011 will be an opportunity to take stock and measure how important this phenomenon has become, while identifying any differences that might exist between different countries. Visitors will also have a preview of what organic wines of the future will look and taste like.
