The Tour Blanche School of Oenology and Arome a company run by Michael Yue in Beijing have just signed an agreement, which will enable 25 Chinese students to come to the Sauternes area in March 2013 to improve their knowledge of the world of wine. Before they come, these students, who will have studied for 4 years after their school leavers’ examination, will have to successfully complete seven months of training in both English and French wine terminology in Beijing.
