The competition for the title of Best Sommelier of Europe will be held in Strasbourg, France from 19 to 23 November 2010. David Biraub, head sommelier at the Crillon hotel in Paris, will represent France at the contest organised by Union de la sommellerie française presided by Serge Dubs, Best Sommelier in the World 1989.
