2 - INDIRECT EXHIBITOR PARTICIPATION FEE (payable by the direct exhibitor): €740

3 - FEE FOR STANDS WITH UPPER LEVELS: €3,360
(whatever the amount of floor-space upstairs)
Safety standards must be observed. Fee includes charges for inspecting the stand on site..
4 - STAND HIRE
- 1 OPEN SIDE (no corners) from 16 sq. m. to 160 sq. m, €280/sq. m.
- 2 OPEN SIDES (1 corner) from 32 sq. m. to 160 sq. m, €315/sq. m.
- 3 OPEN SIDES (2 corners) from 64 sq. m. to 400 sq. m, €335/sq. m.
- 4 OPEN SIDES (island) from 96 sq. m. to 400 sq. m, €355sq. m.
5 - TURNKEY STANDS - 16 sq. m with 1 open side: €660/sq. m.

*include: carpet, partitions between stands, 1 facade sign with exhibitor’s logo, 1 bar counter,1 showcase, 1 store with shelving and sink and water supply, furniture (1 table, 4 chairs, 1 bar stool, 1 fridge, 1 rubbish bin), lighting, electricity supply (2 sockets), daily
cleaning, insurance.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Deposit: €145 per sq. m. + VAT (19.6%)
CONDITIONS IN CASE OF EXHIBITOR’S DEFAULT
(cancellation or reduction in stand area ordered)
- If the exhibitor withdraws before 31 October 2012, any deposit received will be refunded. However, a “REGISTRATION DEFAULT CHARGE” of €640 will be invoiced. If the stand area ordered is reduced, no charge will be made before this date
- If the exhibitor withdraws or reduces the stand area ordered between 1st November 2012 and the official assignment of stand space, which is posted on line at the end of February 2013, the deposit that has been paid will be retained. An invoice for “DEFAULT CHARGES” will be issued for the amount of the deposit paid in case of default or for the amount corresponding to the stand space that is not taken up by the exhibitor.
- If the exhibitor withdraws or reduces the stand area ordered, once the invoice for the balance for the stand area has been issued at the beginning of March 2013, the deposit that has been paid will be retained. An invoice for “DEFAULT CHARGES” will be issued for the amount of the deposit paid in case of default or for the amount corresponding to the stand space that is not taken up by the exhibitor.
- “FINANCIAL PENALTIES” will also be invoiced as follows:
- no penalty if the exhibitor withdraws or reduces stand area 105 days prior to the exhibition opening day
- a penalty of 50% of the outstanding balance if the exhibitor withdraws or reduces stand area 80 days prior to the exhibition opening day
- a penalty of 75% of the outstanding balance if the exhibitor withdraws or reduces stand area 55 days prior to the exhibition opening day
- a penalty of 100% of the outstanding balance if the exhibitor withdraws or reduces stand area 30 days prior to the exhibition opening day
