The Vinexpo Academy offers a range of facilities and services enabling Vinexpo Asia-Pacific 2012 exhibitors or national and regional promotional bodies to organise their event(s).
When you use our rooms and services for an event, it is promoted in the Vinexpo Asia-Pacific 2012 official programme on www.vinexpo.com and on paper for distribution at the exhibition as part of the overall service we provide.

Rental fees and conditions
Tasting Lounges (Niveau 1 et 3)
With floor areas of 400 to 2,000 sq. m these lounges can be used for standing tastings that are either free entry or by invitation.
- Rental fees are quoted in Euros inclusive of tax for one half day of use (14.0 to 18.0) + 2 hours for setting up.
- These fees do not include attendance fees (see the Vinexpo Asia-Pacific Academy Special Conditions).
- Rental fees include furniture (tables & chairs), table cloths, spittoons, glasses, mineral water, staff for setting up and waiters for service during tastings.

Tasting Labs (Level 1)
The 3 labs can seat 60 to 100 people in a “classroom” layout, ideal for seated tastings using the services offered by Vinexpo Asia-Pacific. They can also be used for meetings, training sessions and seminars or other types of event.
- Rental fees are quoted in Euros inclusive of tax for one slot of 11?2 hours + 1 hour for setting up.
- These fees do not include attendance fees (see the Vinexpo Asia-Pacific Academy Special Conditions).
- Rental fees include furniture (tables, chairs and stage), table cloths, spittoons, 5 glasses per person, mineral water and staff for setting up and cleaning.

Conference Room (Niveau 1)
This room with a floor area of 120 sq. m can seat up to 100 people and is designed to accommodate companies’ or organisations’ conferences or presentations, but not tastings.
- Rental fees are quoted in Euros inclusive of tax for one slot of 21?2 hours + 1 hour for setting up.
- Rental fees include chairs, preparation of the stage for speakers, a basic sound system, mineral water for speakers and staff for setting up.

Organisers should take into account the following extra charges:
For tastings: attendance fees for companies or brands, which are not included in the Vinexpo Asia-Pacific 2012 Catalogue. For tastings and conferences: rental of extra AV equipment (video projectors, specific sound equipment, etc.), simultaneous or consecutive interpreting, other personnel for service (excluding staff for setting up and cleaning).
