3- STAND HIRE
Price per sq. m. per open side, including carpet, excluding floor or rostrum or partition
- 1 OPEN SIDE (no corner) from 9 sq. m to 60 sq.m, 350 euros/sq.m.
- 2 OPEN SIDE (1 corner) from 18 sq. m to 80 sq.m, 360 euros/sq.m.
- 3 OPEN SIDE (2 corners) from 36 sq. m to 140 sq.m, 365 euros/sq.m.
- 4 OPEN SIDE (island) from 72 sq. m to 170 sq.m, 375 euros/sq.m.

5 - TERMS OF PAYMENT
- Deposit per sq. m., i.e. 105 euros X sq. m. requested.
CONDITIONS IN CASE OF EXHIBITOR’S DEFAULT (cancellation or reduction of the floor area requested)
- Before 1st October 2011, if the exhibitor withdraws, the deposit will be reimbursed. However an “ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR WITHDRAWN APPLICATIONS” of 600 euros will be charged. If the exhibitor reduces the floor area initially requested, no charge will be made.
- Between 1st November 2011 and the date at which stand sites are officially assigned (announced on line by the beginning of February 2012) If the exhibitor withdraws or reduces the floor area initially requested, the deposit will not be reimbursed. An invoice for “COMPENSATION FOR WITHDRAWAL” will be issued for an amount equal to the deposit in the case of cancellation or for the deposit equivalent to the floor area no longer taken up in the case of a reduction.
- Once the invoice for the balance of the floor space assigned has been issued (in February 2012)
- If the exhibitor withdraws or reduces the floor area initially requested, the deposit will not be reimbursed. An invoice for “COMPENSATION FOR WITHDRAWAL” will be issued for an amount equal to the deposit in the case of cancellation or for the deposit equivalent to the floor area no longer taken up in the case of a reduction.
Furthermore, a "FINANCIAL PENALTY" will also be invoiced. It will be calculated as follows:
- If the exhibitor withdraws or reduces the floor area initially requested more than 60 days prior to the exhibition opening day, there will be no financial penalty
- If the exhibitor withdraws or reduces the floor area initially requested 60 days or less prior to the exhibition opening day, this penalty will be equivalent to 50% of the outstanding balance
- If the exhibitor withdraws or reduces the floor area initially requested 45 days or less prior to the exhibition opening day, this penalty will be equivalent to 75% of the outstanding balance
- If the exhibitor withdraws or reduces the floor area initially requested 30 days or less prior to the exhibition opening day, this penalty will be equivalent to 100% of the outstanding balance
