Several exhibitors have told us about receiving a letter from the Mexican company Expo Guide S de RL de CV, inviting them to update data concerning them in EXPO GUIDE.
We firmly advise you not to take up this proposal to update your contact details, because by returning the form, you undertake to pay €1,271 per year for 3 years! This letter is a different version of the one sent by the Austrian company Construct Data Verlag GmbH for FAIR GUIDE.
These companies use files from international exhibitions to contact professionals and offer to update their contact details.
By wrongfully using the name of VINEXPO as an organiser, the documents sent by Construct Data Verlag GmbH or Expo Guide S de RL de CV could lead you to believe that VINEXPO is involved in these publications. This is absolutely not the case. VINEXPO never provided computer files to these companies.
We therefore firmly advise you to ignore any letters or reminders from Construct Data Verlag GmbH or Expo Guide S de RL de CV.
If you have already returned your form and received a first invoice, here is what we suggest:

- Send a registered letter terminating the contract
